Sea-Going Application Submission

Please follow these steps to submit your application form:

Step 1: Upload ONLY COMPLETED application form downloaded here. (Note: The form is in Microsoft Office Word 2007 Format)

Step 2: Fill in the following details and click "Browse" to select the location you saved your application form in.

Step 3: Click "Add More Files" to attach along your LATEST pasport-sized photo, certifications, medical report and/or related documentations.

Step 4: Click "Submit Form".
