Through the years, we have become established as a reputable company, recognised on an international level for our extensive experience and cost effective underwater services.
One great leverage that help propel us to achieve this is through strategic alliances. We are proud to be associated with the following organisations.
Mermaid Offshore Services Ltd. (MOS Thailand)
Mermaid provides sub-sea engineering services through its wholly owned subsidiary, Mermaid Offshore Services Ltd. ("MOS"). MOS provides sub-sea inspection, repair and maintenance services, light construction services and emergency repair and call out services in South East Asia and beyond.
In 2008, World Class Inspiration Sdn Bhd (WCI) which MOS owns 25% equity, acquired 90% equity of AME, thus giving Mermaid 22% ownership of AME via their shareholding in WCI. Through this arrangement, AME has now strengthened its position in the region with the strategic sharing of resources with MOS through a Master Service Agreement.
